April 2019 Releases

How is it already April? How am I going to fit in all the books I want to read this month? The Astral Traveler’s Daughter is out, which is the sequel to School for Psychics. There’s two Harold Bloom books: a book on Macbeth and on his own life. A new Barbara Bush biography! And lots of great YA!

If you’re looking for the stand out book of your April reading, I recommend checking out The Ash Family by Molly Dektar. I helped with this book when I was an intern in NYC and this book is WOW. Beautifully written and gripping. It all takes place on a commune in NC and it’s not quite what it seems. You NEED to read it, and not just because I typed up the page breaks by season.
